30-day returns
Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your item to request a return. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging, with original tags retained where provided.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization before sending your return. Authorized return address: 2 Rue D’Amsterdam, 68000 Colmar, France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We cover return shipping when an item is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or affected by our error. Ordinary original-condition requirements do not prevent a claim for these issues.
Return shipping and fees
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help locating a refund.
